Secret Bulalo
Did you know that there is a bulaluhan hiding inside clark's air force city base? My father 1st brought us here years ago, and they really served one of the best homecooked bulalo... I've been asking Arnel several times before to bring me back here, until one day when we went to Clark to watch a drag race, we tagged along with our friends and to my surprise, we landed here... from that moment, this became one of the staples everytime we are in Clark, Pampanga... Fontilla's bulaluhan. This is not a cozy or fine dining resto that you would really expect. Literally, it is a local canteen inside the Air Force City, near the shools and other companies inside the base, (trust me, their bulalo is very good). You have to go 1st at the small screen window to give your orders, their bulalo is 170.00 and is good for 2-3 persons, it is served hot with soups and some calamansi, sili and fish sauce on the side.
