Shy Pasta

So there's this mini pasta resto around the neighborhood which offers a very affordable yet super delicious pasta dishes (TAKE NOTE: they come in almost all kinds of sauce whether be it RED, WHITE, CREAM or OIL based).

I admit that when it comes to cooking, My taste buds are really hard to please... (I eat almost anything, I am not a picky eater but when it comes to indulgence, I really spend a lot when it comes to food that I really want to splurge in. I'm not fond of fancy resto's because what I have in my mind is that the best tasting food comes from hidden undiscovered places.

So let's go back to Shy's Pasta...

I'f I am not mistaken, Shy formerly works for CIBU Restaurant. (One can be found in Gateway, Araneta, Cubao, Quezon City). After several years of working for CIBU, she decided to stop and start her own resto business and that is the result of SHY Kitchen.

 Shy Kitchen is located at Brgy. Zamora, Sta. Rosa, Nueva Ecija
They serve almost all kinds of sauces, be it in in tomato, cream, and oil based pasta sauce. They also have pita bread, omurice and pana cota's, plus their drinks are in big servings,

Choco-late de batirol I have been wanting for so long the experience to dine in one of the famous ☕ coffee shops in the city, the 🍫 Choco-late de batirol which is located near the Christmas 🌲🌲🌲 village inside the Baguio Country Club. It was after my appointment in Cooyesan when I really told myself that by this time, I will not leave Baguio City without having a glimpse of Choco-late de Batirol, so Arnel accompanied me. We went to the restaurant at around 🕒 3:00 in the afternoon, perfect time to have our snack and chocolate ☕drink. 🌴🌊🏄🌴🏄🌊🌴 On the night of December 26, 2015 right after Christmas, Arnel suddenly crave for a quick year end right with me and his friends with team MXI. So the next morning, on December 27, 2015, We woke up early, grabbed our pants and jackets, tied our shoes, wore our helmets, rode our mx 125 motorbike and made our way to Baler, Aurora.
